Nice location in Times Square Ice maker on the floor didn't work. Other than that, convenient, comfortabe hotel
The property is conveniently located in the city. Easy to walk to most of the attractions(about 10 minutes). Also, since I drove to manhattan, it was nice to see that the hotel was not to far off the highway by car. Minimal traffic to deal with. The hotel is great for a 3 to 4 night stay. The only down side was the dining area is way too small for the volume of guests at the continental breakfast.

Decent-not great but several areas that were good There was not enough shampoo in the shower and the shower gel and hand soap were switched so when taking a shower the only option was hand soap. The decorative window curtains were broken on one side. The pros: Breakfast had many options and was hot and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to sleep well because the beds were comfortable.
