Safe & quiet neighborhood.
Everything was great except for the WiFi reception.
Staff is really friendly
AC unit was not good - controls would not adjust unit - room smelt like throw up the day we arrived
Location good, breakfast availability good. Problem with getting reasonable temp in shower. WiFi in room was very poor and unreliable.
Would not stay again The front desk Miranda was great! Unfortunately besides for the bed being comfortable the ice bucket had mold in it, I requested a low floor a week ago do to a leg injury and we were placed on the 23rd floor. We waited standing fifteen minutes for an elevator that wasn’t filled with workers. The shower door didn’t close properly so water all over the floor. The breakfast was good but the place to eat was dirty. Location was decent.
