They gave us an excellent service in all areas from the boy with the Suitcases, the cleaning of the room everything perfect, the breakfast very good and the excellent service. Very well located property, close to everything we needed or wanted. The only situation we encountered were certain employees who did not speak English. It was a bit hard to communicate with them - they were mostly the housekeepers.
Ons verblijf was erg goed. Vriendelijk personeel, inchecken en uitchecken erg snel. De kamer was mooi en in zeer goede staat. Ontbijt was voor ons super goed, soms wat druk maar totaal niet storend. Lokatie echt perfect
Convinient , 3 mins walk to port authority bus terminal and su way. 10 mis walk to Times Square and all the vafious Broadway Musical. Good breakfast and service from the staff.
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Great walkable location to so many things we wanted to see and do in NYC
Very convenient. Free breakfast is decent. Kitchen crew especially Jeffrey are very nice and accommodating. Will definitely come back.
