I love the free breakfast.Staff are friendly and helpful.Easy and close acces to everywhere especially time square.There is a long wait for the 2 small elevators.Clean rooms and clean towels and more than enough shampoos soap and conditioner for our 4 days stay.Will recommend to friends.
At first check in, our room had to AC running. Room was hot. Shower door off track as well. Requested a repair as soon as possible or a new room. Came back hrs later and room was still hot AC not working and no news about any attempt to repair. Night attendant helped me get a new room that was very nice with a working AC.
Lots of building work in the local area. For a city hotel, it was a good based to put your head down for the night.
Lhotel est parfaitement situé pour explorer manathan à pied ou en métro. Le personnel est tres sympathique. Niveau proprete jai emis un avis plus negatif mais ceci est dû au personne qui utilise l'hôtel, et à la mode americaine de mettre de la moquette car le personnel fait son possible. Eco responsabilité à neant car le service petit déjeuné toute la vaisselle est en plastique emballé dans du plastique, et le tri n'est pas du tout réalisé, mais là encore cela semble etre la norme à new york. Trying to go up or come down from your room was terrible. None of the ice machines work other than the one on floor C. All of the signs by the machines say Ice and water. They should at least say not working. Also the front desk should tell you where you can get ice and water. We found out by another guest that has been on all floors looking for a machine that worked. We were disappointed because the standards were not up to the standards we've come to expect from Hampton Inn. Would not recommend!
