El ascensor tarda mucho tiempo,
Served its purpose for a couple of nights Big bonus was the breakfast which was great. Location is good. Rooms were clean and comfortable but the decor is a bit tired, probably due a refurb. Good value though and served as a good base for a couple of nights.
Not enough elevators for the number of guests and no washroom or sink in the lobby for guests. Very small room..
The hotel is close to everything. We had an issue that was quicly taken care of by both the hotel and Expedia. We will be returning.
Hotel was decent. 32 storey hotel with only 2 elevators. No service elevator so was a battle to get a lift and compete with hotel staff moving equipment from floor to floor. With free breakfast it was crazy in the morning getting off your floor. Good location. Close to midtown/Times Square and Subway. Younger crowd staying there mostly.
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is close by a lot of the things we wanted to see.
Overbooked at check in. Had to separate rooms. Over charged causing hold in credit card that had to be addressed. Mistakenly checked us out early so had to spend 30 minutes dealing with it. Failed to give valet ticket so had an issue getting my car back. Was actually told they wouldn’t give it to me without the ticket I was never given. Got my car back JT didn’t appreciate the threat that I might not without the ticket when a simple check if insurance and registration can prove who owns the vehicle. I’m not mad.
