Liked it! Great option in Times Square area. Room was clean, staff was super friendly, free breakfast was really great! We didn’t have issues with the elevator. I like that they have actual hand soap and not the bar soap. On our last day the water did come out hot but that didn’t affect us. A few tv channels had no sound which was odd, but we didn’t ask for help with it. We would definitely stay there again.
For the money this was a great stay, it was clean and had what we needed and it’s close to everything. The rooms are small and there are only 2 elevators for 30 something floors, but the rooms are clean and they have private bathrooms (not always a guarantee in NYC). We had an issue with the water coming out of the taps too hot to use, but maintenance came right up to help with that. Great location and staff were super friendly. The breakfast was very good! We had a family of 5 and the rooms were plenty big. My only concern was that we were in a handicap room and the shower leaked everywhere. We would definitely recommend this location for families traveling with kids!
Hotel rooms were very small . The beds were not even standard queen size . Shower glass door was broken. Shower wasn't working correctly, the cold water was running hot . It took a few minutes to get cold. Had a funny smell in the room.
