I wish this platform offered the option to give Happy Nest 0 stars because that’s what they’ve earned. The delivery driver from Happy Nest thought it was a great idea to leave my laundry in the driveway instead of walking it up the steps and ringing the doorbell to alert of that the laundry had arrived. There were two cars present, which should’ve given the indication that someone was home. My laundry sat outside for 4 hours in the heat. I have had Happy Nest do my laundry for at least a year. They were a life saver for me because I was taking care of my ill husband, and I was having health issues, also. They are dependable and love when I get my laundry back folded and ready to put away. Very happy with their service.
The Happy Nest app needs work and the website is lacking as well. The pick-up and drop-off service also leaves room for improvement. The original drop-off time I was texted was WAY off from the actual drop off time. This matters to me because I don’t want my clothes sitting outside for hours. The most important reason for my 1-star review is that ALL of our clothes (hanging and folded) were wrinkled BEYOND belief. The majority of my experience was pretty awesome with HappyNest. Everything moved very quickly and I was very happy with the service. I was very disappointed in the Delivery Driver's drop off though. I asked to have my delivery dropped off in front of the garage specifically and came home to find all of my clothes dumped on my front step and my dress clothes hanging from my outdoor light, which broke as a result of the weight. They have a really great system in place and definitely get the job done. I wish my clothes had smelled like fresh laundry but that may have been my fault with my choices. It might be cool if they gave reccomendations for those of us clueless about laundry. The price isn't bad but it's definitely paying a bit more for convenience. Overall it's a great service!
