This is my first (and last)time using this service. I received the wrong laundry back - I understand things happen- but its now been 3 days and they are unresponsive, lack communication and professionalism and promised me my laundry back today by 5 (3 days AFTER) - and its not here and its almost 6 pm. I have called and texted them for 3 days asking for updates and I have received nothing back except 1 call saying I have someone elses laundry. THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I have been using HappyNest for a few years now. I first started using them when I lived just outside Philadelphia and had a great experience with them. Reliable, professional, great communication etc. I have since moved to the Asbury Park, NJ area and am so happy to say, they service this area too. I typically use them about 1 or 2 a month for large items like quilts, comforters, washable blankets and throws, generally thing's that seem heavy or large for my washer/dryer. Excellent service! Love how they take our oversized king comforters and have them done and dropped off the very next day! I had a question my first time using them and I got an email back the same day. Honestly, doesn't cost much, they do a great job, and saves me hours at the laundromat. We have a standard washing machine so our huge blankets take at least 4 cycles to fully clean them, and over 4 dryer cycles. This just makes life easier. I am a New Customer, just started this week. I received a flyer on my door, and we do have a laundry room on the premises , but, it’s a chore carrying laundry back and forth in the heat . I was getting behind on my laundry and your flyer had perfect timing ! After my first order, I am hooked ! I will now remain a regular customer ! HappyNest has great customer service. Our delivery driver is professional yet personal. We always get notifications so we are never wondering when pickups are or when our laundry is getting dropped off. Also great customer service on the phone if you ever need to call and cancel a pickup at the last minute because you forgot to cancel online ! All around amazing experience, I hope wherever we choose to live that HappyNest Laundry Service is in our area. Don't know how we would live without it!
