I have been using a happy nest for a few years now. The recent services that I have been getting from them have been horrible. They used to be really great but these last year they have really declined in services. My laundry comes back wrinkly, I have had clothes come back shrunk and ruined because they did not follow the laundry service notes that I have placed in my account. As someone who struggles to self motivate, chores that involve a lot of start-stopping feel the worst for me. Laundry would fall behind, clean things would sit in the dryer, sometimes wet things in the washer, it was a mess, and definitely a point of contention in my relationship. Now, I pay ~$50/week. My laundry was returned, along with someone else’s. I had to sort through all of it and re-bag it for them to come pick up. I called and left a voicemail, and also sent an email regarding the fact that I was charged for someone else’s laundry and never heard back. After I left a 1-star review, someone finally noticed and I got my refund. I'm leaving this at 4 stars because I feel like I shouldn't have had to go to such lengths to get a response from someone. We have done 2 loads so far and the convenience is amazing to have your laundry picked up and dropped off folded, however…my clothes still has that damp laundry smell as if it was forgotten during a wash and then dried after it’s been sitting. The second pick up was for two comforters, the total came out to $95…for two comforters, that is Highway robbery.
They do such a great job and are very reasonable! My area rugs come back perfect every time!
