The installation crew is great but the sales, office, and rest of the staff do not listen to the customer's wishes. The estimate reads that the area is customer measured even though someone is sent to your house to measure before they even write an estimate. I was also told to allow for a 10% waste, when it was all said and done the waste came to 28% for a basically square room. Like I said, the installation crew is great. Everyone seems friendly but I believe in honesty when doing business.
