Fantastic restaurant with a great mixed menu. Seafood seems to be the most popular choice on the menu but there are plenty of other including chicken, lamb and even steak. Drinks are priced well and service is amazing. Highly recommended

I had come here on a night out with my friend, I had ordered the steak which was so tough but the sides and starters I had received were nice, not anything extraordinary. The atmosphere was great, they had a DJ which brought the vibes and ambiance to the lounge. I had asked the staff for drinks which they had forgotten 3 times and when asked for condiments, I did not receive. I definitely had an interesting experience at this place. I went for my birthday, there was a lot of us and they squashed us onto a table where we had no room to even move our elbows! The food was nice and it was reasonably priced. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience in the shisha area, there was regular fights happening right in front of our table (the staff got involved with the fight), we got overcharged for things and our table was basically ignored because of the chaos from the fights! DO NOT BOOK OVER PHONE OR MAKE RESERVATIONS. Had a booking for a group of four which was confirmed and called earlier on in the day to confirm once again. (Have been prior to this booking with no issues.)Upon arrival we were informed that we have “No Booking” after informing the security guard at the door we have a reference number and email confirmation still not allowed in. I recently dined at Hart lounge restaurant, and I must say the service was truly outstanding. The staff who served me was Paris she was very attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the dining experience enjoyable. From prompt seating to attentive waiting, the service added an extra layer of delight to an already delicious meal and shisha.
