I had a very good experience with Hausers. Mr. Hauser spent a lot of time with us helping us choose the carpet that was best for our needs. The carpet came in sooner than expected and the installers did a wonderful job. My home is very old and nothing is level or square. I have a spiral staircase with different sizes and shapes of steps. They did a great job.
I have read the other reviews and they weren't good.. on the other I had a great experience with the Hauser store.. When I ordered furniture they told me 3 to 4 weeks and it was actually in sooner.. was very satisfied.. the service was excellent. Was interested in more furniture so ordered again and same thing.. told it would be be 3 to 4 weeks.. came in sooner... maybe they learned from there mistakes .. I would recommend
Worst customer service experience of my life. Will not be back.
