Great service and follow up! We were installing a luxury vinyl flooring, and we were short. I reached out to Havens HF, and Jessica went above and beyond to help me find a discontinued floor and arranged for me to pick it up all the way in Georgia. I'm very pleased and satisfied!
I made the huge mistake of hiring Rick and his team from Havens Hardwood floors to replace the carpet in our master bedroom, closet and also remove the tile flooring in our Master bath and put in a vinyl floor in all three areas. The job was to be a two day job and I was told that this was going to be an easy install from Rick. The job from start to finish took close to two weeks for them to finish. Haven's Hardwood to did a great job with installing new hardwoods in our main floor area. They interlaced existing hardwoods in our kitchen through our dining room and living spaces and you would never know what is new floor verses what was the existing flooring. Devon (finisher) and the installer arrived promptly every day and were detailed and had great communication through the whole process. Feeling very grateful for my first experience with this company. Rick came out to look at a floor repair for my home and fixed it in less than 5 minutes!! It looks awesome! He was amazing! The kicker is that he didn’t charge me for it! I tried to pay him but he said no charge. Rick was friendly, professional, polite and super genuine.
