You can tell like most places they are short staffed. Being short staffed doesn’t mean some of them should even work there. The girl behind the desk that wears the mask ( think she might be a manager but shouldn’t be) has a nasty attitude and dropped and F bomb In front of my kids while she was doing something at the computer. We had an issue with not getting some fries. The server was nice about it but when it was brought to her attention once again it was a a nasty attitude and a problem. This is only a 5 star review because of the shear courtesy of the gentleman that was helping me. After a night out with friends, we decided to go bowling on a Saturday. Yes, we knew it would be busy but we didn't expect every single lane to be taken; however, even though it was packed and we couldn't get a lane right off the bat, nor could we make a reservation online at the broken website, we still were able to put in a reservation at the front desk with a young man.
