tried to make an appointment after gettiing a prinary care referral. They said cant find my information. Pharmacy only help during the weekend said my address was changed in system too...(and something about the VA that's far away can send my RX rather than use this coverage?!) This group also had me go to a PA who wouldn't help with a prior auth on a medication I need . now saying customer isnt even in till 830. after call for help says call 730. finally got case management but isnt able to help do anything different ... read more
This review is about the staff. Sam/Samantha. My mom has been a patient of the Infectious disease doctor there for years and she was cared for by that doctor well. Her cardiologist, in a different institute, discontinued contracting with her insurance. So in order to retain the cardiologist, and the infectious disease doctor, I called this office to ask them what type of insurances they were taking.
