I am so far, very satisfied with the treatment and courtesy of staff. Employees hold a great sense of humor and also professional, I was very surprised not have to wait a while, i was greeted promptly and every one was great :)
Came to this facility for initial injury and i was rushed to the back immediately, LOVE the staff, each med tech was helpful, great attitude, patient and caring. Facility was very nice and clean. Thanks Hansy From front office to final paperwork great experience each visit (5 visits)
Excellent customer service, could not ask for more except parking is kind of limited
I see Dr. Patchett and Dr. Chuang in the Colton office and i just wanted to say Check out Desk clerk Jackie is always nice and courteous, she is always so good answering my questions and correcting any issues if any arise. pleasure to find such dedicated employees in the medical care it makes a huge difference.
