I saw a post on Instagram and was immediately interested. I have a crazy work schedule and lately trying to cook and find ways to lose some weight I’ve been disappointed because nothing is working. I love healthy meals direct!! I am just about to place my 5th order and couldnt be happier with the quality of food and the service. They also offer a discount to first responders!! such a great company!!
Wish I found HMD sooner but glad I found them at all. :) In January I started a strict program and happened upon HMD while looking for lean meal options to go along. I picked up 7 meals to try and was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and substantial the meals were, I did this for 3 more weeks and then placed my first 21 meal order and was so happy to see the Patchogue location had just opened for convenient pick up. I just tried this for the first time this week - I got 15 low carb meals as I try to stay on keto - every SINGLE meal has been AMAZING so far. I actually look forward to eating these. Such different dishes - they’re flavorful - it’s enough food - you don’t feel jipped and I love that there’s no chemicals and preservatives - FRESH! Great job - will def continue to order regularly !
