Started HMD program for Lent and stayed...Just came from Dr this morning- I've lost 15 pounds and my blood pressure is down from 155 /80 to 125/60...told him about HMD and he's going to check it out himself! Staying on!
My son was eating healthy and I wasn't. I was so tired of cooking two meals a day. Then he tried this and the meals looked really good. So I joined him. I dropped 7lbs the first week. Enjoying not having to plan meals for the week, the lack of dishes and great food!
