Doug Hall is a highly professional specialist. He is very attentive, kind and supportive. I am a caregiver for his patient Nina Caraus (Fresno) who is thankful to him for the hearing aid that helps her hear the world and church. It is a bit of a maze trying to find this office in that location, but fortunately for me, I found it. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was seen. I had a very thorough exam and several options were discussed that left me hopeful that I will be able to get some relief for my tinnitus. So far, so good. We will have to wait and see.

These people really care. Being an older person, they took time to insure I knew and understood what was happening. They know what they are doing. They treat you as a person, not just a customer. If you are not having your hearing issues treated here, you are going to the wrong place.

I’m very happy the office person was nice. The person that took care of my father. Her name is Patricia. She’s awesome. I am very thankful that she was able to take care of my father for his hearing aids. Thank you once again your awesome Patricia.👍🫠

I picked up my Left hearing aid after needing to send it back for repair. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will still need to return to the center for tech support for a firmware upgrade since the mobile app is not recognizing the Left aid. I’m confident they will help me as they usually are great at handling things.
