Exceptional customer service and expertise. Brianne was thorough and educated me about my hearing loss and different aids available. Losing your hearing can be sad, Brianne took time with me and helped me better understand why it is important to wear hearings aids for brain and social health. I have a tendency to take mine out for extended period times when not in social situations, she reminded me to wear them to assure my brain and speech function do not decline.
