Front desk service was border line rude. The testing service was very straight forward, totally performed, interpreted, and graphed by equipment. There were few and far apart friendly interaction by the doctor, which was not the purpose of my visit, so walking away with the graphed test results was satisfactory. No member of the office gave me any encouragement to return for an annual re-test. I guess they have so much business in backlog that if I never returned, I will not be missed.
The person who answered the phone was very rude and dismissive. The doctor was also rude and spent more time talking to me about being late and how I should call next time (after I had actually called twice to advise them since I was hung up on the first time) then actually trouble shooting my concern. There was no one in the waiting area when I arrived or when I left, there was no receptionist, and my “appointment” was complete in 5 minutes.
I come by here once in a while. Great place underground parking. People are very polite and nice. The wait ain't bad either. As long as u have patience its key. The staff very friendly!
I won’t be getting any new hearing aids at the hearing resource center. Customer service for the last several months is practically non existent. Telephone calls go to full mail boxes or go unanswered. The office isn’t opened every day. My hearing aids stopped working and getting someone to help me was a nightmare. No way to do business.
I had a wonderful experience. Caring people. Prompt and punctual also. I got the appointment on the same day.
