We used Heritage to do all the floors and tile work for our new 7500 custom home. They also did our pool deck for a knife edge pool. I have to honestly say of all our vendors that we used in this house, they were the most professional and reliable. Peter is very easy to communicate with and immediately addressed any issues as they came up (which is inevitable in this size and high level project). This is the best flooring place. We bought a new home that needed minor updates and we couldn't have been happier with how well Heritage Distribution treated us. We felt like family with how kind and patient they were. We learned so much through this process and felt the integrity of this business. At one point we had some scheduling issues and they were easily resolved without hurting our move-in date or our wallet. Very nice store, and impeccable service. Staff was extremely knowledgeable, and Bruce gave a us great pricing on the flooring, quite frankly something I was dreading, but he made it an easy process. Will definitely go back in the future.

Saved me when I needed stair noses to match my Mohawk laminate floors and didn't have 6-8 weeks to wait! They matched perfectly. The staff was knowledgeable and the selection excellent. Highly recommend!
