We are absolutely an Old Florida boutique hotel / bed and breakfast... Our description actually mentions being like Miami in the 50;s at Grandmas house, but cooler.... We are grateful the only issue was the style but sad you didn't enjoy it. Our Flats are a more modern version, maybe you can stay there next time! Curious: where did you book your room through?
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The floor was not clean when we arrived and we had no toilet paper. We put out the Tidy Up Please sign twice and nothing was ever done!

Location great. The bed didn't have a headboard. My sheets had sand, I felt like they had not been changed.

Good Morning.... As we explained to you when we spoke with you in the office, we ABSOLUTELY did change the sheets, as we do every single time we clean a room..... I believe as we were cleaning it that day, the bedspread ended up in a basket with some sand as we were carrying it from the laundry room to the room and we somehow missed it. High price for the facility breakfast was the only good feature of the stay

If you came during summer, that's peak season and is higher than fall or winter. Maybe come back and visit then?
Boarding house not bnb Mother/daughter weekend. Room size of small closet. No furniture in room except 80’s wine rack serving as dvd stand. Linens were old and stiff. Gross 80’s fiberglass shower almost too small for a petite person. This is definitely not a BNB. While it is absolutely true that we are not your typical bed and breakfast we have certainly been working hard over the past 23 years to be WAY more than a boarding house. The Magnolia room is the smallest room we have on site , which is exactly why its the cheapest. Wij werden hier niet blij van. Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Bij aankomst kregen wij te horen dat we een gedeelde keuken hadden. We hadden voor 4 personen geboekt, maar er was enkel een set handdoeken voor 2 personen. Outrageous Behavior by Manager My husband and I reserved a Pet Friendly hotel for our recent visit to Grayton Beach. This little hotel as I understand it is under new management. The room was very small, the bed very uncomfortable and the air conditioning was not cooling the room, not good in July! No one is available to answer calls after 4:00 PM- no one is available to check you in should you happen to arrive at 2:45 PM. I am sorry for your difficulty, however you DID NOT reserve a pet friendly room nor did you make any reference to bringing a pet or wanting a pet friendly room when you reserved. The first time we knew you had a dog in your room was when we heard it barking. Our policies make it very clear that we only have 3 pet friendly room and indicate what those rooms are.
