Bought several cordless shades about 5 years ago. They were installed promptly and efficiently Was very happy with High Plains service. Recently, one of the shades needed a new cord and High Plains came out, took the shade to the shop, fixed and reinstalled it in record time. High Plains offers a good product at a reasonable price and their customer service cannot be beat. Highly recommended!!!
I do NOT recommend. They put the flooring in our house while it was being built. It began coming up. I contacted them well before the 12 month mark because I knew it was still under warranty. I did not get a call back after requesting someone to come look at it. I called back for a status after not hearing from anyone. I was lied to and told someone had called me which was not the case. My call was finally returned after I requested to speak with with either James or Tina. It took over 2 months to get someone out to look at... read more
A true family business. Great customer service and craftsmanship. A must see if you're looking for a quality product and a proper job. We have done business with the folks at High Plains for over a year. Their showroom staff and installers have helped us on several home projects, to include hardwood, tile, and LVP flooring, plus solid wood window shutters throughout the house. Definitely stop in and check them out in Pueblo West.
AJ an Tony did a wonderful job of not only installing new hardwood flooring but matching it to the existing flooring that had been installed 22 years before.
👍Update: Such wonderful people. Professional and honorable. Well done High Plains Flooring! So far, so good! Local, family owned business. We have had only great experiences dealing with them as we begin the process. Our floors have been measured and we chose the carpet we like. Will ad more info when the project is complete.
