Excellent service from Five Star. Very thorough inspection of our A/C unit outside as well as Inside furnace. Technician was prompt, efficient & explained everything that was done & any problems found. He provided a detailed service bill & a very detailed quote for new a new A/C, if interested. I have used this firm before to inspect my heating system. Highly recommend them.

The entire process from the diagnosis to replacement of my air conditioning system was quick and pain-free. The technicians were knowledgeable and helpful. They got the work done quickly and then explained all of the changes that had been made. The quoted price was affordable and included maintenance fees as well to avoid any confusion.
