The restaurant was closed but it’s not mentioned on the website. The toilet was making a huge constant noise that was waking us up and they never came to check it. One of the elevator was broken and it was taken 10-15 min each time to take it. At check in, the employee said that we only booked one room even if I kept showing him my Expedia reservation. You have to park your car in another buildilg 1miles away because there is no parking lot in this hotel. It was sooo inconvenient.
The infrastructure was horrendous. The elevator was not working, no restaurants were open. The rooms were smelling and had previous guests hair in the room. The manager Lisbeth was not helpful.
One of the elevators was broken most of the time, which led to long waiting times. The room size shown on the web page is 301 sf, the actual size of the room is 268 sf and its very narrow. The seating arrea in front of the hotel is at night infested with rats and cockroaches, which moving between your legs. Elevator and hallways have no ac and get very hot I also had to wait several times at the reception for the receptionist to show up
Worst Hilton Hotel in NYC...Avoid!!!! No restaurant or bar available. No warning from Hotels.com or Hilton that restaurant and bar were closed. Surly, unintetested staff. Asked for a knife and fork to eat food, was told no you can't have one we dont have any!! Worst hotel in NY...worst Hilton ever stayed in. Ruined family holiday.
