It is very good location
Very clean
Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Beds were comfortable. Room was very quiet. Didn’t have a view so we kept our drapes closed the entire time. Walking distance to a number of things (Central Park, Times Square, Empire State Building, etc.). Room was a little dated. Bathroom had a musty smell. Our stay was OK. The location was very central and felt safe. The room was clean and comfortable, although not too large. The rooms have Keurig coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Also, they have coffee at the lobby which is nice. The elevator was fast and the wait time was minimal. However, when our plans changed and we needed to checkout one day earlier, they wouldn’t refund our money, the reason being that the reservation and payment were done through a third party, Expedia. I checked in a bit late at night and struggled to find their parking spot ( which is located separately ), and then I was not aware of the additional $75/day cost of the parking lot so that came with a surprise. If you book a room here, better get a NY subway for ease of access instead of renting a car to get to this place. Otherwise, nice location within the heart of Manhattan.
