The place is old. The elevator is really slow. I connected to their standard Wifi, which is slow. I asked the staff member how to switch to their premium wifi, nobody knows how to do it.
Got in late from Vegas and wanted to shower and noticed Womens black hair on the shower wall so that put me off. Water pressure wasnt great as shower headed CLR or something? Other than old out of date bu close to surrounding areas I wanted to checkout was easy get to from JFK Airport
I went to check in and the room was over soldZ the hotel told me that Expedia oversells them all the time and it was not their fault. I was stuck there for an hour trying to get another hotel. They moved me 25mins north to Hampton which is a 1-2 star hotel and smells of smoke. This has been the worst experience booking with Expedia as I was late for my client dinner meeting.
Heating fan was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep. Turning it off, and the room got freezing cold. I tried to complaint but nothing happened. Price/value rate was way off…
Une heure de retard pour le check in, chauffage en panne dans le chambre, chambre très médiocre, pas assez de serviettes, nous avons dû aller changer la clé de la chambre deux fois car elles s’étaient désactivés, un des ascenseurs en panne. Vraiment décevant !!!!
I have videos of the mold covered in bathroom and was then told hours and hours after report they were moving us to another room. After that was informed by manager he had it tested and it wasn’t mold. Can’t test for mold in 39 minutes
