old and smelly rooms. ACs not working properly loud. Staff not particularly helpful. At $550/night, that’s a rip off
Watch out for 1 left accommodations from Hotels.co Hotel was great but I was short a day of reservation. I didn’t notice the difference in date between my requested and received changes. Luckily the hotel was able to accommodate.
Room key doesn’t work every time I came back. Server was not friendly as well.

There are two elevators, but one was out of service for several weeks, as explained by the staff. Service was pretty bad. On the first night, conditioner and body lotion were empty. I had to ask 3 times to be filled in. But the location was good for transportation.
