Great location next to subway, Canal St, restaurants and shopping close by. Very quiet too. However, the hotel is very drab and needs a redo. The restaurant next door is closed for renovation which wasn’t indicated when booking. When arrived at 3 pm my room was not ready and had to wait. Not what I expected from a Hilton.

The restaurant was closed; the locks in the rooms had issues. However, it's super convenient to the subway and the staff was excellent.
The staff could not have been better! During record flight cancellations and icy weather, they worked with us to make sure we had a room as our flights kept being delayed. They were top notch professionals

Okay for one night Hotel location is what stands out--close to transportation, shops, restaurants, activities. The hotel room I was in was dated and musty. Could hear every persons conversation in the hallways. A lot to be desired overall. Check-in process could have been smoother. I arrived at 2:45p, was told to wait until 3p which was fine, but then you see me and several other guests waiting past 3:15p and don't say anything to us to start check-ins.
