The staff was absolutely great always helpful, friendly and kind. (Shavon, Kim and Stephanie). As far as the facility and room is in need of a lot of upgrades. Carpet in the hall is buckling up. Carpet and furniture in the room needs a upgrade besides that I had a good location with a good view. The bed was nice and comfortable. I was in town for New York Fashion Week and I would definitely recommend this location because it is in the middle of a lot of the top fashion show. The neighborhood was nice but it was far from the Uptown activities we planned. The subway line got us there quickly though.The room was great and the beds were very comfy. My only complaint is that it took so long for hot water to get to the shower, I thought they had run out. It did eventually get warm

Good location. Room could have been cleaned/vacuumed better. Hotel didn’t have our reservation when we checked in. Paid for room with a view and did not get that.
Convenience of transportation The convenience of transportation is the best because the subway station is in front of the hotel and I enjoyed it for 10 days with the kindness of the staff
Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Einzig die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße sind laut. Subway Station direkt vor der Tür. Tribeca selbst hat noch seinen eigenen Charme bewahrt. Erstaunlicherweise gibt es dort, im Gegensatz zu anderen Stadtvierteln, noch recht wenig Obdachlose und Junkies, was das Bummeln und Einkaufen angenehm macht.
