Great hotel , nice location
We drove in on a Friday at rush-hour. Never do that again! Our room was ok, but had strong odor from the cleaning products used. The staff (very friendly) immediately moved us to a different floor. Thank you. Our stay was great, close, walking distance to Chinatown, little Italy and the metro(train is literally next to the hotel. Loved our stay and would (will) visit again! Kudos to the staff!
Good location to local attractions.
So the hotel is in a great part of Lower Manhattan. Right next to two subway lines, a short walk from Soho and the Village. Tons of shopping and restaurant options all around. The hotel staff was friendly, but always extremely busy. And the hotel is showing a serious lack of maintenance: one of the elevators had several non-functioning buttons, the hallway carpets are all twisted and stained, and the toilet in our room had a small leak on the back of the tank which they didn't fix despite us telling them 3 times (we just put... read more
