Pulizia, cortesia, e struttura bella
This is a great location for exploring the lower west side of Manhattan. The property is right next to a subway stop. The hotel is nice but a bit on the older side. Carpets in the hall need to be repaired or replaced. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were comfy. This was a good value for our money!
Nöjda Ett helt ok hotell även om känslan är att det är lite slitet. Vi hade t ex en del problem med en dörr som inte gick att stänga utan en del trixande och kort som upprepande slutade fungera. Sköna sängar, ganska rymliga rum. Tunnelbana precis utanför, nära till bra frukostställen. Närområdet precis runt hotellet är dock inte särskilt roligt. Men vi var helt nöjda!

Not smooth as I expected but they pulled through I’ve been to NY many times and never stayed here so I thought I’d try it this time. Location is great. Close to many things including subway. It’s a small hotel and kinda low profile which I like. Pretty quiet area in terms of people traffic for that part of the city. What I didn’t like was I had trouble requesting them to let my brother check in for me. My brother got there around 3pm. With my flight, traffic I didn’t expect to get there until 5. The property is located at very good location so making commute to different places in NYC very convenient. However, the size of the room outweighs this benefit because for 2 kids and 2 adults the rooms appear to be very small. Another negative point is behavior of some staff members (not all). We reached quite late in night and there was no drinking water provided by the lady at reception. She suggested to drink from tap water in toilets or purchase the water from pantry.
