hôtel à taille humaine bien placé pour visiter le sud de Manhattan et les quartier ouest à pieds. métro au pied de l’hôtel pour le reste. personnel agréable et à l’écoute en cas de besoin.
Fantastic location
Everyone who works at this hotel is incredibly nice and helpful--the cleaning staff, the reception staff, and the manager Stephanie, who did everything should could to ensure a good stay. The room was extremely clean and much larger than most in NYC, and it was also equipped with necessary things like a refrigerator. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit the city.

Needs a facelift Been staying here for decades. Staff has always been helpful and welcoming, thank you! But it's time for a facelift. The hallway carpets are loose and bunched up with wrinkles. The close door butto in the elevator was absent o one, and falling out and held by a wire in the other. Rooms are also a bit aged. My AC unit controls were completely defaced. I could only turn it on or off, and the wall thermostat didn't control the unit.

Like everything in New York, you'll pay more and get less with this hotel than you would in many other places. I was never impressed or disappointed.
We loved the location right next to the subway! Super close to breakfast spots! Excellent Air we were there on a super hot weekend!!
