Very responsive front desk. Spacious, well appointed rooms, fantastic central NY location.
Amazing location Amazing location. A bit too loud but that’s what you can expect from nyc. I think location and service are the main attractions for this hotel. Staff was nice and supportive! The hotel itself was kind of worn down - from furniture to air conditioning, but if spending all day at the hotel is not your goal and go ahead and stay there.

The staff at this hotel is incredible. They are polite and helpful. The hotel itself is old and needs updating. The beds were the most bare minimum bed I've ever had at a Hilton. The hotel is convenient as well. There is a subway station out front, SOHO, Little Italy and Chinatown are all within a few minutes walk.
Probably due to staffing shortage but you had to request room cleaning ahead which I didn’t know. There was a banging noise first night? Staff was very kind and courteous
The rooms were large with comfortable beds and the staff were very friendly. We would stay here again.
