Excellent emplacement et personnel aimable
It would have been nice if the floor’s ice machine was working. Several days to fix it but nothing happened after request. Otherwise staff attentive and helpful. Nice stay.
Just Perfect for NYC Weekend Getaway We were quite comfortable staying here - very clean room, bedding so comfortable (soft cotton sheets, three sizes of pillows, soft comforter), easy to control room temp and fan, plenty of counter, desk, drawers and closet space. Fridge, microwave, TV alarm clock, charging ports- great!!

We were on the top floor and the roof started leaking cuz it was raining, and water started dripping from our ceiling. Saw an old stain, so it looks like the hotel has had prior leaks from the roof.
Everything was wonderful
Excellent location in Soho, great service, staff are very friendly.
In-room standalone/PTAC air conditioning unit was pretty loud.
