Muy buen hotel, pero ya lo vimos un poco descuidado.
Stay was pretty good. No issues
The check-in process with Bobbie was great. He said they would clean the room every other day. The room unfortunately never got cleaned. By the time we got in our room daily, it was too late to request cleaning. We called down once, and one of our two rooms was cleaned. The hotel needs a refresh, the lighting is not great.
Great location for food, bars, and walking to the Brooklyn bridge and Battery Park. Rooms were decent size, gym was good.
