Mala experiencia con la limpieza de la habitación Estando ahí resultó que la limpieza de la habitación, diz que por regulaciones que no pudieron demostrar, la intentaron hacer cada 4 días. Probablemente hayan casos de huéspedes que prefieren que no les limpien la habitación pero no deben aplicar esa medida para todos. Debería ser si y sólo si el cliente así lo especifica. Al final y después de haber reclamado, restablecieron la limpieza diaria de la habitación.
Disappointing No room service to change sheets, towels, or make bed. At 370$/night we thought this would be included. Room ventilation was poor so we kept windows open for the vast majority of the time. Overall, disappointing and won’t be returning.
