What we liked about the property were as follows. Firstly, it is in a great location in South Manhattan. The neighbourhood around it is pretty good, but the main advantage is being right on Canal Street and near four subway lines (red, yellow, green, and blue) which makes it easy to get everywhere. Great location, decent sized rooms for Manhattan. Good value for money.
This Hotel was fine. Clean and quiet. We did not have any housekeeping for the 3 nights we stayed, which meant we had to keep asking for coffee, and the carpet in the hallway was ripped and puckered, which was a little risky for me. But we would likely stay there again, as it is a good value, close to things we like, and the subway is right there going uptown!
Had a great weekend. Would definitely stay there again.
Hotels don’t do housekeeping during one’s stay anymore.
