Enjoyed our stay, large room, clean, VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL STAFF, accommodating with early check in and late check out. Our toilet ran and the shower drain was slightly clogged, but other than that we had a lovely stay. Great location, we walked everywhere and had a great time.
The location was excellent we thought in between tribeca, soho and close to Chinatown. The room was relatively large but needed some updating. Bathroom decent but shower curtain liner smelled moldy.
Were greeted by cordial employees every time we returned and especially when we checked in/out. We never saw another guest in our hallway during our stay which is a wonderful thing! No doors slamming, no children running, screaming, no tv sounds through thin walls. The only sounds we heard were of the traffic and we are used to that. The Ice machine didn't work on our floor and the toilet was difficult to flush at times but neither of those ruined our stay. So at was fine.people were very accomidating Room was ok but no hot waterfor a shower the firstday. No drinking glasses in bathroom an very little soap
