Convenience, Shuttle, Staff are all great!
They were very accommodating for early check in. Breakfast was excellent and the service was outstanding!
For a hiltgarden it’s very dated property and could use some updating.
There was no information about no free shuttle svc from JFK aftet 10pm. I had to take taxi to the hotel. I chose this hotel because of free shuttle svc. But I was betrayed!!!
