This hotel was clean and conveniently located to JFK!! The staff was cordial and accommodating for the most part!! However, it was very important that we receive a Wake-up call we but never did!!! Fortunately, we woke up in a panic and moved very quickly to make a 7:00am flight!!! The shuttle driver was very courteous as well!!

Very basic rooms. Expensive for what you get.
Mixed reviews. Disappointed with the shuttle service. He pulled up, opened the back door and waited for me to load the bags in the back. Really? And you expect a tip? Also, the shuttle service doesn’t begin until 6:30 AM so if you have an early morning flight, you’re on your own. Front desk and restaurant were fantastic though. The hamburger and fries were delicious.
