The staff was great. The restaurant was very limited and overpriced. The shower was over complicated
Not as advertised The printed information said there was room service ( it was even on the posted ad in the elevator). When we called for room service, they said they did NOT have room service! Very disappointing since we weren’t feeling well.
I am a born and raised New Yorker-I am used to surroundings at Hilton Garden Inn-I thought it was a lovely hotel
