I stayed twice from 8th sept till 12th sept and 23rd to 24th. First stay was 4 nights , the room allotted to me on the backside despite my requst for front side room for natural sunlight i must as a sr.citizen, plus am a hilton honors member. Such a fuss was created by the lady who overtook my requst call on the second day with the front office gentleman, who was willing to shift me on the second day to the front side , for a frivolous reason that i asked the house keeping staff to do up my room when i went out 10am in the m... read more
