Bed sheets and towels were smelly
The staff are overwhelmed as this hotel is so busy, but they were very friendly and helpful! I am shocked that Hilton would keep their name on this building. Property condition is severely in need of renovation.
Hilton JFK airport The conditioner was a bit loud. The room was comfortable and the shuttle to the airport was great.
