I went to go pick up my truck in the rain last Friday after work but the service center had already left. I was bummed that I got there too late but the lady with the cool tattoos at the customer service desk was like lemme see what we can do. Man I was able to pay for the service via phone while at work and they dropped my truck off too me!!! That Dodge ram 1500 is running like new!! Thank y'all so much!!! Great service and accomidating. 100% recommend

Brought in a 2018 GMC Terrain to fix an ongoing suspension issue. We took it to multiple GMC dealers over the last couple months with no results and lots of wasted time/money. Hixon had us in an out in 3 days, solved the issue, and even took the time to contact our extended warranty for us. I was very impressed with the service department and the service techs. These guys earned my business in one visit.
