We used Hoffman almost a decade ago when we first moved to NB and had a very nice experience. Well, flash forward to our new home, the “steam cleaning” of this carpet pre-move in brought to light all kinds of funky smells and stains! We were in a CARPET CRISIS! One call and a visit to Hoffman floors and Mr. Hoffman himself came out SAME DAY to measure! They had a nice Berber in stock and started work the very next day! Thanks for coming to my rescue just in time for the movers to bring in my furniture! Hoffman Floors (and Mr. Hoffman) get an A+ in my book. �
