Basic Room We have stayed here before. Overall a decent place to sleep. Breakfast room was always crowded. Elevators slow and packed especially in the morning and check in at 3pm. Front desk staff was wonderful! We asked and got a low floor which made it easier to use the stairs.
The attitude of the reception staff should be improved And they should show respect and having skills in how to communicate with the guests
healthy breakfast The breakfast is great lots of healthy choices. The bed was very comfortable and a convenient location at a good price for NYC.
