受付のスタッフは挨拶もない。 エレベーターが二機しかないので非常に待たされる。 朝食はついていてありがたい。ただし、質は期待できない。また、ロビーも狭くて席の確保が大変。 カードキーの接触が悪く、室内に入るのに難航した。そして、夜に一度はキーがカードキーの溝に入っていまい、スタッフの方に来てもらい鍵を変更した。 上階であったので眺望はよく、バスタブも事前にリクエストしたので、ついていた良かったが、バスタブの栓が壊れていて、ビニールに水を入れて栓をすることを強いられた。 周辺の治安はいいとはいえなく、最終日に深夜のフライトでJFKに向かう時には、神経を使った。

Very nice property The hotel is in a very good location, close to Times Square, the subways, and convenience stores and restaurants. The staff was excellent and very accommodating and friendly, and the room and housekeeping were terrific. The only downside to this hotel is that the elevators are painfully slow. Getting an elevator, especially in the morning during breakfast time is not easy. But even during non-busy times, the elevators take forever! Economic Hotel in Convenient Location Economic hotel that is located in the heart of NYC and is within walking distance of the bus and train stations.
