Everything was good. Carpet might need a little cleaning
Staff was rude
Property was fine, not great. Rooms was small even by NYC standards. Furniture and carpet was pretty worn (carpet had a hole in it) our AC had a terrible leak, so we had a huge puddle on the floor, we put a trash can under the ac and collected a full can of water in less than a day. Elevators were slow and crowded, why people on the 2nd and 3rd floor cant just go down the stairs is beyond me. The breakfast was generous and had lots of options, Loved the cinamon rolls. Overall I was pleased with my stay. The facility appeared very well-maintained, and as a general clean. The carpeting was worn, there appeared to be many areas on the carpet that were stained or gummed down with some sort of residual something. There was a mat in the bathtub, it was clearly old, and not changed regularly. My hair is very blonde, when I peeled it back, there were multiple long, dark hairs in it. Good hotel, near time square.
The hotel is nice. The housekeeping staff is amazing and keep the rooms in perfect condition. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels, toiletries and other things were changed. The breakfast was really good. A lot of fresh hot items, fruits and other healthy choices. Our biggest issues was with the front desk staff. The worst possible staff.
